Q. How much is the delivery cost?
For each order delivery costs 3150yen.
At time of delivery customs duty my occur .The amount of customs duty varies depending on your country of residence. Please contact your local tax office.
Q. Can I choose a delivery date?
A. No, you cannot. Delivery usually takes 10 days.
Q. What are the methods of payment?
A. By credit card only and only one payment.
Q. Will my order be confirmed by e-mail?
A. If your order has been successfully accepted, confirmation e-mail will be sent within 24 hours. (Japanese only.)
Q. Can I change my order?
A. Orders cannot be changed, so please confirm the details before submitting your order.
Q. Can products be exchanged or refunded after delivery?
A. Under normal circumstances exchange and refund is not possible. (If the wrong items or damaged goods are delivered either refund or exchange is negotiable,
but depending on circumstances not always possible.)
